The COO Express Toolkit is similar to more comprehensive GrowBridge Toolkit, but is primarily focused on internal operational issues. It assumes an overall company and market strategy and uses those stated strategies as a basis for delving into operational issues and preparing a company for dramatic and healthy growth.

The GrowBridge Business-transformation Process is appropriate for companies considering making dramatic change due to the following: • New, very different market opportunities • The negative impacts of market shifts • When their companies’ performance is below expectations and improvement is not believed to be imminent unless a significant pivot were to occur

Ad hoc consulting includes defining a scope, deliverable, timing and budget for the project.  I can use elements of the other GrowBridge toolkits, but the overall project falls outside of the narrow scopes of those toolkits. Engagements have flexible pricing structures.
